Rental Details
Reservation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event.
Clean Breakdown
Reliable breakdown and removal following your celebration. We leave your space exactly as we found it.
Weather Policy
Weather can be unpredictable and the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, rentals may be rescheduled to a future available date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be refunded due to weather-related cancellations.

Safety & Compliance
Recommended for children for ages 7+. Commercial-grade equipment is cleaned and sanitized before every event. For safety and comfort, we recommend up to 10 children at a time, depending on age and activity level. Adult supervision is required at all times.
