Reservation PolicyÂ
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event.
Clean Breakdown
Reliable breakdown and removal following your celebration. We leave your space exactly as we found it.
Weather PolicyÂ
Weather can be unpredictable and the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, rentals may be rescheduled to a future available date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be refunded due to weather-related cancellations.
Delivery Area
Serving NYC, Long Island, and parts of New Jersey. Inquire for specific location availability. Includes delivery within 10 miles of our service area base. Locations beyond 10 miles are subject to an additional travel fee based on distance, tolls, parking, and accessibility.

To help us maintain the best experience for all guests, we ask that equipment be used responsibly and in accordance with our safety guidelines. Damage resulting from misuse, prohibited items, pets, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, silly string, or other unauthorized use may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
Recommended for children for ages 7+. Commercial-grade equipment is cleaned and sanitized before every event. For safety and comfort, we recommend up to 10 children at a time, depending on age and activity level. Adult supervision is required at all times.
