A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to setup. Payments are accepted via Zelle or by credit/debit card through a secure Square payment link.

Dream Bounce is recommended for children ages 1–6. Luxe Adventure is recommended for children ages 7–12.

Yes! We provide professional delivery, setup, and breakdown for every rental. Delivery fees vary based on your event location.

All bounce house rentals include up to 5 hours of play time. Additional rental hours may be available for $75 per hour, subject to availability.

Yes. A dedicated electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet of the setup area is required. If power is unavailable, please contact us to discuss generator options.

Luxe Adventure Unit Size: 15' x 15' Required Setup Area: Minimum 19' x 19' of level, unobstructed space to allow for safe setup, anchoring, blower access, and guest entry.

Yes. Indoor setups are available if the venue has sufficient floor space and ceiling clearance. Both Dream Bounce and Luxe Adventure are approximately 13 feet tall, and we recommend at least 15 feet of overhead clearance for safe installation. Contact us before booking to verify your venue can accommodate the unit.
