A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event.

Weather PolicyÂ
Weather can be unpredictable and the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, rentals may be rescheduled to a future available date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be refunded due to weather-related cancellations.

Recommended for children ages 1–6. Commercial-grade equipment is cleaned and sanitized before every event. For the best experience, we recommend up to 8 children at a time, depending on age and activity level. Adult supervision is required at all times.
We take great pride in providing clean, high-quality rental equipment for every event. To help us maintain the best experience for all guests, we ask that equipment be used responsibly and in accordance with our safety guidelines. Damage resulting from misuse, prohibited items, pets, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, silly string, or other unauthorized use may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
